The Campsites
Our primitive campsites were created extra large on purpose! 31 sites are located near the fields & pollinator maze, alongside the woods, by the fishin' hole & by the playground. There are areas with two, three or more sites grouped together for group camping and 20 picnic tables scattered about. There are no hookups for electric & if you forget to byo water, it is available for 50 cents per gallon jug. We charge by the number of wheels & weight load with wear & tear on the land. Tent campsites are $5 per night per bicycle, $10 per night per motorcycle, $25 per night per carload, $30 for pop-ups, vans and trucks & $35 for rvs. The Lofted Barn is $40 a night.
Campsite 1
The Lofted Barn is closest to the fishin' hole in part sun/part shade near the wooded fence line. It has 2 cots to sleep 2 people (each cot holds 250 lbs). Comes with a picnic table, firepit, large cooking grate, cooking utensils, overhead storage, battery operated fan light. A foot trail along the fence line will lead you back to the woods.
Campsites 2-4
Part sun/part shade near the wooded fence line & a playing field for football, bocce ball & frisbee. These sites are close to the fishin' hole, the sounds of bullfrogs and a short walk to the portapotty. A foot trail along the fence line will lead you back to the woods.
Campsite 5
This is the best large RV/large travel trailer site. It's huge, part sun, part shade near the entrance, alongside a wooded fence line & looks out into the playing field. There is a gravel base under the grass to hold the weight of your RV. No hookups, quiet generators please.
Campsite 6
Another large RV/large travel trailer site, it is the easiest to back in. This site is also huge with part sun, part shade & near the entrance. There is a gravel base under the grass to hold the weight of your RV. Sitting 15' from the animal barn, you'll hear some quacking, and definitely Mr. Roo in the early morning.
Campsites 7, 8 & 9
Full sun. Near the horseshoe pit & playing field. Good sites for small RVs or to be close to events happening at the Big Pole Barn. Very short walk to the portapotty.
Campsites 16-19
Full sun near the ridge & pollinator maze garden. Good drainage spots in case of rain. Deer crossing area. Campsite 19 is close to gray water disposal, handy for emptying your dishwater & close to the portapotty. These sites are near the overflow parking in case you want to move your vehicle off your site for plenty of room for 3 tents. Good sites for group camping.
Campsites 24-27
These 4 sites are part sun/part shade, a bit secluded & sit alongside the woods and pollinator maze garden. The hedgerow path & 2 main trails into the woods are nearby.
Campsite 28
Part sun/part shade on a slight slope. This is a very large corner site alongside the back woods near the hedgerow stage with no immediate neighbors. Best tent size is a 4 man because of the slope. Private hammock area tucked in the woods!
Campsites 29-31
Mostly shade/part sun near the pine trees, back woods, hedgerow path & acoustic stage. These three sites are by themselves on a slight slope & great for group camping & hanging a few hammocks. Deer & turkey like this area. Stone firepits are great for Dutch oven cooking.
